What credits buy
One credit is one spot on the grid for one search term. Bigger grids and more terms use more credits; express scans use twice as many. If a search fails, its credits come back by themselves.

Billing questions
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits are renewed each month, without carrying over. Bonus credits and refunds for failed searches never expire.
What if a search fails?
Its credits come back by themselves. You only pay for the spots that were searched.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, in Plans and billing. If you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the account goes back to Free.
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Paddle handles payments for us: it adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and sends your receipts. Prices are in US dollars.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown before VAT or sales tax. Paddle adds it at checkout where it applies and shows the total before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. The refund policy covers renewals and how to ask.
What if I run out of credits?
A scan that needs more credits than you have won't start. Make the grid smaller, use fewer terms, or move to a bigger plan; your monthly credits also renew each month.
